How VPS Blast works

We try to automate everything, which means that while using our service, there will be very few reasons for you to contact support.

We use only top-notch hardware. All our servers across Europe and USA utilize the latest generation CPUs and each server has a dedicated Gigabit Internet connection.

Each datacenter that we use was carefully chosen to deliver the best network performance.

Step 1. Sign up

To order a VPS, simply navigate to the main page, select the desired package, and go through checkout.

Once checkout is complete, you will be redirected to the payment page. Your VPS will be automatically deployed within 5 minutes after payment. You can then take full control of your VPS by using the KiwiVM control panel (screenshot).

Step 2. Load OS

Once your VPS is created, you can install any supported Linux OS in seconds by using the KiwiVM control panel. The list of supported operating systems can be found on the main page.

Step 3. Start using your VPS

Once OS is loaded, you can connect to the VPS using any SSH client application. Putty is one of the most popular freeware SSH client applications.

Install VPN server

Should you need to install an OpenVPN or pptpd server, kernel support for PPP and tun/tap devices are enabled automatically upon VPS creation. There is no need to contact support in order to use VPN on your VPS!

Anytime Upgrade/Downgrade

Not enough RAM or SSD storage for your application? Not a problem – you can upgrade or downgrade your VPS at any moment from within your control panel.

Strictly Self-Managed

Please note that our service is strictly self-managed. While we maintain the ideal working condition of our servers 24/7, we do not manage or offer support for customer's VPS.

In other words, we do not provide assistance with installing and configuring applications, troubleshooting, recovering from backups, etc. – these are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

For all non-critical issues, our working hours are 10:00 AM till 7:00 PM EST. For critical issues (node downtime, abuse, network issues) we are available 24/7.
